The company assumes limited liability under the warranty terms, excluding daily repairs, cleaning, necessary maintenance or repairs due to misuse and failure to install according to the instructions.

The repairs within the scope of the warranty shall be carried out by authorized dealers or repair institutions, and use genuine parts.

Situations not covered by warranty

A. Normal maintenance, adjustment and cleaning;
B. Without the written consent of the company, unauthorized transformation of the freezer or the use parts that not belong to the machines.
C. After the purchase, due to the change of the installation location, the failure or damage caused by transportation, movement, and drop;
D. Man-made negligence, or irresistible disasters such as fires and earthquakes, and faults& damage caused by abnormal voltages;
E. Damage to components due to misuse, abuse and negligence;
F. Failure to install, clean or repair the freezer in accordance with the technical requirements of this manual,resulting in damage or malfunction.
G. Labor costs, travel time, travel expenses, and invalid warranty that are increased due to holidays, overtime, etc. are not covered by the warranty;
the additional costs due to inconvenient on-site maintenance of the machine installation are not covered by the warranty.
H. Other man-made damage not listed above.
